Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges on any unopened/unravelled/unused hair that has not be installed and is still in it's original packaging, up to 30 days from the delivery/pick up date. Returns up to 60 days from the delivery date are only eligible for store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges beyond 60 days from the delivery date.

To process a return please contact info@beauvoirhair.com with your order id number and request a return or exchange. We will process the return/exchange once we receive the unopened/unravelled/unused hair. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at a charge of $12.99 that will be deducted from the order for exchanges or returns.
