Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unused hair that is still in its original condition, including the original elastic ties, and has not been installed or altered. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the order date. Hair must be in re-sellable condition. Sale or discounted hair is final sale.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@beauvoirhair.com  with your order ID. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at a charge of $12.99. Returns and exchanges are processed once the hair is received and verified as unused and in original condition.

We do not accept returns on hair that has been damaged after purchase, including damage from chlorine, sunscreen, heat, or chemical exposure.

Hair Display units are final sale. When purchasing inventory with a display unit, returns on unopened inventory are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Hair must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
