Returns and Exchanges

Beauvoir accepts returns or exchanges on unused hair purchased at full price from beauvoirhair.com. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in original re-sellable condition, including the original elastic ties. Sale, discounted, clearance, affiliate code, wholesale, and coupon code orders are final sale.

To request a return or exchange, please email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We will initiate a claim with the courier and work to resolve the issue. Please do not install or use the product prior to contacting us, as doing so may void eligibility for replacement.

Customer-Damaged Hair

Hair that has been damaged after purchase cannot be returned. This includes damage from chlorine, sunscreen, improper installation, heat, chemical exposure, cutting, coloring, toning, or other post-purchase handling.

Custom Orders

Custom hair orders are final sale and non-refundable. Full prepayment is required at the time of order. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge responsibility for the suitability of the requested specifications.
