Care, Performance & Limitations
Care, Performance & Limitations
Beauvoir extensions are a professional product and must be installed by a licensed stylist. Performance and longevity depend on proper installation, maintenance routines, and the use of compatible, extension-safe haircare products. Normal wear, changes in texture, and variations in tone can occur over time. Improper care, harsh products, excessive heat, or incorrect installation can contribute to dryness, tangling, or reduced longevity. By purchasing Beauvoir hair, you agree to follow our care instructions and to review them with your client.

Modern Machine Weft, Done Properly
This is not a “tech” weft — it’s a fundamentals-done-right weft.
Our machine weft is meticulously woven using hair sourced exclusively from the top 10% healthiest donors in the world. Every batch is evaluated for tensile strength, pH balance, moisture content, porosity, and average strand diameter before it ever reaches production.
The result is a dense, durable weft that performs consistently over time — which matters, because machine wefts carry a high volume of hair and expose poor manufacturing immediately.
When a machine weft is made properly, it lasts longer, tangles less, and behaves predictably behind the chair. This one does.
What Makes This Machine Weft Different
• Constructed with virgin hair — not mechanically cuticle-aligned remy hair
• Natural cuticle direction preserved from donor to weft for smoother performance over time
• 40% double drawn, with no strands shorter than 10 inches
• Aggressive length consistency for a machine weft, resulting in fuller ends
• Meticulously woven to reduce bulk-related tangling and breakdown
Most machine wefts fail early because the hair quality can’t support the density. This one is built to.
How Stylists Use It
This weft delivers a high volume of hair in a single piece.
Most stylists use:
• 1 weft for the majority of installs
• 2–3 wefts only for extreme volume or very long lengths (such as 28”)
It’s ideal for clients who:
• Already have a good amount of natural hair
• Want maximum hair for the price
• Prioritize longevity and fullness over ultra-thin construction
Compared to Genius or Butterfly Wefts, this option is thicker and less delicate — but delivers significantly more hair per weft.
Installation Methods
This machine weft is most commonly installed using:
• Waterfall Method for finer hair
• Straight Bead Method for thicker hair
Installed with beads and thread, it provides a strong, long-wearing foundation row.
